Barbara Mori Ochoa was born on February 2, 1978 in Montevideo, Uruguay. Before starting the performance he worked in a pizzeria with his father, but it was thanks to Barbara Mori extraordinary beauty that he was able to work as a model with the designer Marcos Toledo. Subsequently, he began his acting studies at the Televisa CEA.
Barbara began her career as an actress in the telenovelas “Tric Trac” and “Al Norte del Corazón”, then she was in “Mirada de Mujer” where she shined. His first starring role was in “Azul Tequila” (1998) and in 2001 he was part of the cast of “Amores … Querer Con Alevosía” with Christian Meier.
Of course, his most remembered telenovela is “Rubí”. In this successful story he played a very beautiful and ambitious woman who cared nothing more than money. This has been his biggest hit on the small screen and it was the last telenovela he made since then he dedicated himself to making movies and television series.
